Yes, that’s right. Tim and Nina Zagat - founders of the famous Zagat restaurant guides – must be hit by the hard economic times. They are expanding their guides from restaurants, hotels and nightlife to include a guide to doctors. That’s right, a guide to doctors.
I wonder: Did they visit and rate all the nation’s gynecologists and proctologists personally?

I know this brand comes from South America. However, the trademark lawyer in me can’t help but chuckle every time I see this brand. I saw the box sitting in a store and couldn’t resist the urge to snap a photo with my Blackberry and share my amusement with you! ;-)
Today marks the beginning of the 2008 International Rolex Regatta. You could watch some of the goings on right from our deck this morning. Check out some of the racing boats:
So, several years ago we bought Casey a collar on St. John; it’s sort of rainbow-ish and is says “Island Dog” on it. Yes, sometimes we plan in advance. I’ll add a picture of the collar when we’re a little more settled.
The other day we were at the house with Casey and one of the guys working on the house (on the railing, I think) asked me if she knew who her daddy is. I said, “Of course” (thinking he meant me).
He replied, “Well then, she can’t be an island dog, man.”
It took me a while to get it. Do you get it? If not, let me know, I’ll explain.
A week from Saturday – November 20th – will kick off the fourth season of Jazz in the Moonlight concerts, produced by Steve Simon, at the Westin resort. Eddie Russell and his band are slated to be the featured performers.
There will be a designated ferry from Red Hook direct to the Westin from St. Thomas.
