Welcome to St. John Talk! Today is out first day of semi-functionality. We know there are other bulletin boards and similar internet sites for St. John (like VINow), but we found them somewhat difficult to navigate. So, we thought we’d start our own. Here it is.

Some initial remarks:

- Expect this site to go through some minor to substantial overhauls as we work out the kinks. But, hopefully each change will make it more user-friendly and enjoyable.

- Until such time as we have (hopefully) relocated to St. John, I don’t suppose we’ll have much specific to say. Therefore, we are offering – on a temp-to-perm (maybe) basis the opportunity for someone to write and maintain the blog portion of this site. If anyone is interested, e-mail us. We’ll try and set it up. Looking forward to hearing from you.

- This entire site will be “moderated”. That is to say, we will not tolerate cruel, abusive or otherwise inappropriate conduct here. Such messages will be deleted and such authors will be banned. Check back soon for Code of Conduct/TOS and privacy policies. They should be up soon.

- Finally, we hope that this site will be a success. If you have any questions, let us know. Looking forward to hearing from you all!
