The PSC, according to St. John Source, <a href="http://www.onepaper.com/stjohnvi/?v=d&i=&s=News:Local&p=1243829378">http://www.onepaper.com/stjohnvi/?v=d&i=&s=News:Local&p=1243829378</a>, has just approved a WAPA rate increase for electric service as well as for water (for those who get their water from WAPA rather than a cistern).
